At the Crazy Flamingo, we have only two things in mind, customer satisfaction & food quality. You will find that we offer no table service and you may wonder why? The money saved is spent on the quality of the food we purchase. We buy only the finest ingredients and all products are made here. We use only grade AA butter and three cheeses in our garlic bread and only pure olive oil in all our dressings and sauces. All our fish is fresh and our oysters on the 1/2 shell are shucked to order. If you find distaste in our food, let us know. We can’t change what we don’t know. Remember mistakes are sometime made, no one’s perfect. You have our word we will listen and react. Enjoy our restaurant and our island.
